The JOURNEYWELL experience is a community wellness collective. We as a group explore different ways to reach the most optimal health. Through different pillars of wellness: strength training, nutrition, supplements, biohacking, cold plunge, sauna, pilates, yoga, cardio and more.

You will have unlimited access to cold plunges and sauna sessions. There are so many amazing benefits to cold plunge and saunas. Whether you're barefoot, grounding yourself in balance, or driving through explosive cardio bursts, every session is crafted to push your limits.

The honest truth is: “ You cant outwork a bad diet.” No matter how much cardio you do, no matter how much you workout. In order for you to change your eating must change. The reality is crash diets are not the answer. in order to increase the metabolism the body needs a balanced diet with tons of minerals and Whole Foods. We offer two different meal plans for this challenge.

Pilates

Incorporating pilates into a weight lifting program has so many benefits. Improves flexibility, balances your strength and demands inner core power. Unlimited pilates classes are included.
