Victoria - Owner and Founder of JOURNEYFIT

Over 15 years of experience in changing lives Victoria Thomas is founder if the triple location JOURNEYFIT trailblazing studio in Dallas. As a previous lawyer she is not new to hard work. Victoria started JOURNEYFIT in a little studio renting a 200 square foot corner. Now as the owner of the multi location gym her goal is to continue to change lives through nutrition and fitness.

Elisha Davis - Studio Manager

Elisha climbed the ranks in the insurance industry for 11 years before joining the JOURNEYFIT team. After becoming a mom, made her health a priority by working out and going against the standard American diet.  Always looking for a new fitness adventure she attended the grand opening of JOURNEYFIT and never looked back. The incredible energy and fun vibe captured her right away enough for her to pursue her passion for fitness and helping others through JOURNEYFIT. She later transitioned out of the insurance industry and into JOURNEYFIT operations, management and training.  Elisha loves to challenge everyone at the gym and on the team push their limits and loves to motivates people on different levels.

Keon started weight training at the age of 15 to put on size and strength for football and wrestling. Later in college he became involved in collegiate cheer. Keon received his bachelor's and master's degree in human performance/exercise science. After completing college, he became very passionate about improving the body's physical potential through training and became a certified personal trainer and exercise coach. Keon has now been actively training for 16 years.

Eliska started her fitness journey in 2013 after gaining the infamous freshman fifteen. Months later she started getting great results and wanted to help others achieve their fitness goals and became a health and wellness coach. She knew she wanted to use her skills, experience and her own journey to help others. 

The moment she walked into the JOURNEYFIT Studio she felt an amazing presence - a presence of positive energetic individuals. Eliska loves working at JOURNEYFIT because she fells there is nothing more important than helping somebody go through an experience that makes them happy, confident and strong. Brielle - Studio Manager

Brielle has been a fitness professionally for 4 years, but her JOURNEY started in early childhood. She started running track and cheerleading when she was 5 and continued up until her sophomore year in college until she suffered a career ending injury.  Through these circumstance Brielle’s love for fitness only grew stronger. Shortly after her recovery she began performance training with local  up and coming track athletes. Helping these athletes helped her realize what is her calling is at this time. Brielle says she couldn’t imagine doing anything else other than helping individuals achieve their fitness goals.

Jillie - Studio Coordinator

Before joining the JOURNEYFIT studios staff, Jillie had really been invested in giving back to young volleyball players. She has been club coach for almost four years. She dove heavily into fitness after an injury in college that resulted in multiple surgeries. She knew she was going to have dedicate herself to recover and turned to coach Victoria for guidance and training. Jillie says as a mentor Victoria helped her fall in love with taking car of her body.

Jillie’s favorite thing about working at JOURNEYFIT is that it’s not just a place you come to workout at. You become a family, friends, & you build relationships with people you didn’t know you needed in your life!
